Sentinel is an animated collage of photographs from building sites throughout the country. The composite is a hybrid creature, marching in limbo towards an unknown destination, a lone sentry standing guard over it’s post.

This work was projected in public spaces to be viewed by people who were housebound during the Corona Pandemic lockdown. In the residential neighborhood of Kfar Saba, more than 1000 residents of the neighborhood watched it live. Questions also arose about the identity and purpose of the ” Sentinel” - what it symbolizes, and whether it threatens or protects.

The video work was originally projected as part of the installation GuerrillaCams in Binyamin Gallery.
